VU and UvA/HvA
StuNest has reserved a large number of apartments for students of these universities. If you would like to live here, you can apply through your university's housing office. There you can find more information about the conditions and the process for reserving an apartment.

Contracts are concluded for a maximum of one year.

It is not possible to extend the contract after this period or terminate it earlier than the end date.

Amsterdam is a true student city where many different cultures and people come together. We’re delighted that this will be your place to study.
If you’re still looking for suitable student apartments, it’s worth noting that a large proportion of the apartments at Spartaan are let through VU University Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam. As a result, fewer apartments are available on our letting platform ROOFZ.eu.
Apartments do occasionally become available via ROOFZ.eu. That is why we also recommend creating a search profile here.
If you have any questions about apartments let through the universities, please contact the relevant university. They are responsible for allocating these apartments.
In addition to student apartments, we also offer other living concepts in Amsterdam via ROOFZ.eu. These are not specifically for students. You can apply, but please bear this in mind.
