We are Spartans
Whether you live in Amsterdam or Maastricht, at StuNest you are part of a close-knit community. We help each other, celebrate successes together, and make sure no one feels alone. Because together we are stronger – We Are Spartans. The slogan comes from the neighborhood where the first StuNest (Spartaan Amsterdam) is located.
The term Spartan comes from a resident of the first student location- and the Greek city-state of Sparta. Spartans symbolized discipline, togetherness, and courage.
A Home away from home
At StuNest, we believe that studying in a foreign city or abroad is more than just going to university. It is an adventure that changes your life. That is why we create a place where you immediately feel at home, where you make new friends, and where you have plenty of room to develop yourself. Our motto is clear: A Home away from Home.

Social events
We understand that moving to a new city or country can be quite exciting. That is why we warmly invite tenants to participate in one of our social events. Join us for a drink or participate in a Dutch lesson.
Local Guidance
Moving to a new city or country is exciting and sometimes overwhelming. At StuNest, you are not alone. Our community managers help you get started in your new city, give you tips on student life, and are there to answer all your questions. This allows you to focus on what really matters: enjoying your new adventure.
Cultural Fusion
StuNest brings together students from all over the world. Everyone has their own culture, traditions, and stories, and that's what makes life at StuNest so special. Here you'll meet new people, celebrate each other's differences, and discover that we're all more alike than we think.
