What personal data is processed?
StuNest processes in any case the data that you provide to it (for example, the telephone number given, e-mail address, name, home address, reactions, interests and preferences). Background check
StuNest draws your attention to the fact that it may carry out a credit check on a rental request, in order to assess a possible financial risk. Here, for example, (negative) payment experiences in recent years are considered. In addition, StuNest consults the Opportunities & Complaints Register, in which undesirable tenant behavior such as housing fraud, rent arrears, improper use of the rented property and nuisance is recorded. Unwanted tenant behavior is also reported by StuNest in the Opportunities & Complaints Register.

Quantified data
In addition, StuNest keeps track of which topics or applications interest visitors by, among other things, checking which topics or websites are most frequently visited. These data are processed on an aggregated and anonymous basis for use by StuNest or made available to third parties.
