StuNest rents out the majority of the rooms to the VU and UvA students, but we do have a few apartments that sometimes become available. If there are no listings for StuNest on Roofz, we currently do not have apartments available.

Vrije Unversiteit Amsterdam student?
StuNest has rooms reserved for VU students. You need to contact your housing office at the university, if you wish to receive more information about this. The housing office does set requirements in order to secure an apartment with us.
Contracts will be offered for a maximum of one year. It is not possible to extend contracts after it finishes.
If you want to terminate your rental agreement during the year living with us, you have to contact your housing office.

StuNest has rooms reserved for UvA students. You need to contact your housing office at the university, if you wish to receive more information about this. The housing office does set requirements in order to secure an apartment with us.

University collaborations in Rotterdam
Erasmus University reserved 48 rooms for its international students. The 48 rooms are divided over 22 apartments in the building StuNest Cobana Rotterdam. There are 18 apartments for two persons, and 4 apartments for three persons.
StuNest Cobana Rotterdam rents out a number of rooms each year to Erasmus University students. The university's website keeps you up to date on the registration procedure of their students.
