Moving in
Our team will be waiting for you when you arrive. You will receive the keys, a short tour, and a welcome package to make your first days easier. Everything in your apartment is already furnished, so all you need to bring are your personal belongings.
Moving to the Netherlands
Amsterdam is an international city, but moving to the Netherlands involves quite a bit of paperwork. We will help you with information about things such as registering with the municipality and opening a bank account.
Health insurance is mandatory in the Netherlands. It is also mandatory to take out your own home contents insurance.
Apartments
Our apartments are equipped with high-quality functional fittings, private bathrooms and modern kitchenettes. StuNest apartments are the perfect place to get away from the hustle of the campus, the workplace or the city.
We offer studio's and one- bedroom apartments for one person or couples. Sizes can differ between 18 and 41m2.

How does the laundry work?
Washing your own clothes is also part of student life. At Spartaan Amsterdam, we try to make this as comfortable as possible. Play a game of table football or buy a tasty snack from the TULU while your clothes are being washed.
You can easily pay per wash via the StuNest app.
Get some fresh air or chill out in the summer
On the first floor, turn left when you exit the lift to find the roof garden.
Let's keep StuNest clean together! Please dispose of your rubbish in the appropriate bins, both inside and outside on the roof terrace.
Enjoy the rooftop garden from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. for a pleasant drink with your neighbours!
Something broken in your apartment?
It is always possible that something may malfunction. You can quickly and easily create a technical ticket via the StuNest app. The StuNest team will then process your ticket.
Creating a ticket works as follows. Open the app, click on Discover, click on Service Request and create your ticket there. You can personalise your ticket with a wide range of categories.
