Yes, the agreement you accept to complete your booking is a legally binding contract.

After 12 months your termination notice is one calendar month. Before it is not possible to terminate your rental agreement. Short-stay contracts are not available.

You will receive after signing the rental agreement an email with available time slots which you can book.

Yes, someone else can pick up the keys and inspect the room on your behalf. However, they must sign a form for each task, and please remember that you are responsible for the inspection carried out in your name.
