StuNest gives international orientated people a home in The Netherlands. By combining (fully furnished) apartments, great community experiences and smart services, we provide students a healthy way of living and experience safe student life.
At StuNest, we strongly believe that a home should be a place of belonging. We, therefore, brace supportive and welcoming communities. StuNest is grounded on this principle. We build our houses with spacious common areas where our communities can meet and create their living together.

Apartments
Your own fully furnished apartment with a modern vibe, perfectly tailored to your student lifestyle. The apartments are suitable for individuals or couples and all apartments feature a compact kitchen and private bathroom.
Sports
Keep your mind and body healthy by joining the weekly sports lessons at StuNest Spartaan. We aim to mix between several sports now and then! Examples of the past are soccer, basketball, yoga, salsa, boxing and many more!
Events
StuNest hosts regular events, workshops, and sports activities. Learn Dutch, sing at open mic night or join the FIFA tournament.
Laundry
Doing your laundry was never so easy! On the ground floor of StuNest Spartaan you can find the laundry room with 5 washing machines and 4 dryers. Fresh clothes every day!
Co-work
The co work area is a great place to meet other students from all over the world. Get to know new people and cultures. Study, laugh, party, learn, and game together. We provide a nice area for you to study in or simply have fun. We also provide a Starbucks coffee machine in the co-work area and printing facilities.

The overall idea of well-being is to create awareness on mental health and the initiatives to avoid mental illness throughout activity and communication.
Rooftop garden
A great place to enjoy the sunrise or to simply meet with your neighbors. Take a moment to relax and enjoy the view or simply the peace of silence. Have a drink, share stories, and get inspired by all the different cultures which are living in the building.
Starbucks
A great way to start your day is with a good cup of coffee. At StuNest Spartaan you can find a Starbucks counter in the Co-Work Café. A latte macchiato, americano or espresso; we got it all and more!
Parking
